Frame Builder V2.6.1 Refreshed Installer and Re-Release

Background:
A recent antivirus false positive prompted me to remove older Frame Builder installers out of caution. While I don’t believe any previous versions contained anything harmful, I recommend users delete older installers and run a full system scan. The new v2.6.1 release has been rebuilt using a trusted installer framework to help prevent future false positives.

Updates/Fixes:

  • Runs on Alibre Design v28.1 Build 28223.
  • Added Undo Member ability. Currently only added to Create Member dialog (New button at bottom), but other dialogs will get the ability in the future.
  • Better method implemented for gap directions when using Trim/Extend to face. Note: This may cause gaps to flip when Updating/Rebuilding existing corners.
  • Bug fixes related to removing members/corners and later reusing their IDs. Now IDs will be retired and not be reused again.

Updates/Fixes:

  • Runs on Alibre Design v28 Build 28139.
  • Added a button TreeView dialog for selecting a frame member in model space to find it in the TreeView.
  • Changed the installer to no longer ask for a serial key.
  • When starting Frame Builder checks for a serial key and if none is found (or it was previously installed using the trial key) then a Trial dialog is shown. The Trial dialog includes:
    • Explanation of the trial limitations.Textbox to enter and install a valid serial key.
    • Button to continue the trial (or full program after serial key install).
    • Button to open a URL to the Frame Builder info page.
    • Button to open a URL to the Frame Builder store page.
