• Added a button TreeView dialog for selecting a frame member in model space to find it in the TreeView.
• Changed the installer to no longer ask for a serial key.
• When starting Frame Builder checks for a serial key and if none is found (or it was previously installed using the trial key) then a Trial dialog is shown. The Trial dialog includes:
  • Explanation of the trial limitations.Textbox to enter and install a valid serial key.
  • Button to continue the trial (or full program after serial key install).
  • Button to open a URL to the Frame Builder info page.
  • Button to open a URL to the Frame Builder store page.

Frame Builder V2.4 Release
Updates/Fixes:

• Runs on Alibre Design v28 Build 28126.
• Fixed a crash that sometimes occurred with rebuilding corners after updating frame members.
• Changed options in frame rebuilding to allow “Rebuild Broken Corners” or “Rebuild All Corners”. “Rebuild Broken Corners” can be much faster, but note that it will not always recognize broken corners, so please review frames after rebuilding.
• The “Edit Existing Frame Corners” TreeView now remembers where you were in the tree until closed. This only works when in Contract mode as the TreeView is always expanded in Expand mode.
• The Update/Rebuild Working… spinner indicator now includes more information about what Frame Member or Corner it is on. Note that it will always show the total Frame Members or Corners even if some are skipped based on Update/Rebuild settings.
• Increased the deviation to 0.0001 for detecting collinear points as 0.0000015 was occasionally allowing through “collinear” points resulting in incorrect Trim/Extend to Faces.
• Planes automatically created in frame members for building corners are now hidden to reduce visual clutter.

Updates/Fixes:

• Rebuilding corners should now be faster.
• A new miter corner creation dialog was built to allow automatic jumping to next frame member input after the first frame member is selected.
• Added the ability to delete multiple selected frame members in the Update/Rebuild Members dialog.
  • Hold down the Ctrl key when right clicking to select/act on multiple preselected rows.
  • Hold down the Shift key when right clicking to select a range and act on multiple rows.
• Some more dialog validation checking was added.
• Fixed an error that occurred when trying to edit a frame member created by edge without using an alignment face.
• Also runs on Alibre Design v28 BETA Build 28121 for testing purposes only.
