Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To complete your refund of downloadable software products and\/or serial keys, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will also notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After a refund is completed you should completely uninstall and remove the software from your system. The serial key will then be inactivated in our system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
